积极探索"三自"管理不断推动学生管理方式的改革

"三自"管理是适应当前形势发展需要的一种新型学生工作管理方式,对推动学生管理方式的改革,培养社会所需的创新人才,具有十分重要的意义.     

仿射不变轮廓矩及其稳定性分析

针对区域矩需要计算全图像素的统计分布、计算量大的问题,构造了基于目标形状的仿射不变轮廓矩。首先采用PDE方法推导得到了6个仿射不变矩的数学模型,然后将积分区间变为目标区域的边界,计算得到基于目标形状的仿射不变轮廓矩,最后通过三类舰船不同姿态下的图像进行了实验验证并对其稳定性进行了分析。研究结果表明:仿射不变轮廓矩具有较好的稳健性及区分度,可将其作为不变特征用于舰船目标识别。     

Adjacency‐based local top‐down search method for finding maximal efficient faces in multiple objective linear programming

It is well‐known that the efficient set of a multiobjective linear programming (MOLP) problem can be represented as a union of the maximal efficient faces of the feasible region. In this paper, we propose a method for finding all maximal efficient faces for an MOLP. The new method is based on a condition that all efficient vertices (short for the efficient extreme points and rays) for the MOLP have been found and it relies on the adjacency, affine independence and convexity results of efficient sets. The method uses a local top‐down search strategy to determine maximal efficient faces incident to every efficient vertex for finding maximal efficient faces of an MOLP problem. To our knowledge, the proposed method is the first top‐down search method that uses the adjacency property of the efficient set to find all maximal efficient faces. We discuss this and other advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm. We also discuss some computational experience we have had with our computer code for implementing the algorithm. This computational experience involved solving several MOLP problems with the code.     

布尔函数的Walsh谱绝对值分布及其性质研究

提出并研究了布尔函数的Walsh谱绝对值分布.指出布尔函数Walsh谱绝对值分布在仿射变换下的不变性,计算了n(n≤5)元布尔函数的Walsh谱绝对值分布,研究了Walsh谱绝对值分布与Walsh谱支撑和Walsh谱中非零取值个数以及其他一些密码学难题的联系,最后研究了布尔函数的Walsh谱绝对值分布的大小.     

求解卷积公式的一种新方法

基于数形结合方法以及变量代换方法发现计算卷积公式存在某些不足之处,研究卷积公式的计算方法,给出一种新的确定积分限的方法.该方法直观明了、容易理解和掌握并且可操作性强,有效避免作图和分析图形的繁琐,并举例说明了该应用方法.     

Coping with traps of vulnerability: a review of the impact of post-colonial issues on the independence of South Sudan

In a world virtually free of slavery and colonialism and one mainly driven by the sovereign state rationale, allusion to manifestations or the existence of some form of these phenomena within a state is often received with dumbfounding indifference or denial. However, a form of rule that had continued in South Sudan long after the departure of the British in 1956 was colonial both in its quintessence and flair in that it disenfranchised its citizens and denied them the most basic freedoms, services and development. Under this establishment, resistance against the coercive vision of the state was brutally suppressed for many decades. This state of affairs finally ended in July 2011. Nonetheless, there is a miscellany of unresolved post-colonial issues between the two countries that warrant attention. These include security and the demarcation of borders, the issue of ludicrous transit fees for South Sudan's oil exportation through Sudan, citizenship, external debt repayment, etc. These issues are part of traps inherited from the anti-colonial struggle, which have now supplanted the old ensemble of North–South conflict paroxysm. As a matter of urgency, the two countries will have to wrap up the incomplete process of negotiation on these substantive issues. The talks should be approached with a new mindset based on the new reality of two sovereign states. To the extent that it is widely established that South Sudan and Sudan must coexist peacefully in order to develop into viable entities, such mutual dependency must be based on equality and respect.

Remembering the war of liberation: legitimacy and conflict in contemporary Algeria

The aim of this article is to consider how Algeria's most prized achievement and treasured memory – the FLN's victory over the French in the war of liberation – has helped stimulate and sustain the violence that has blighted the country since independence. It argues that successive governments have propagated a legend of the war that encourages and legitimises rebellion and armed resistance. By celebrating the actions and achievements of a committed band of revolutionaries they have established a precedent whereby it is every citizen's duty to oppose and resist an unjust government. Time and again therefore, insurgent groups like the FFS, MIA, and AIS have justified their actions and won popular support by portraying themselves as the early FLN's natural heir.     

基于仿射原理的活塞环仿形数控加工系统

本文介绍一种新颖的活塞环非圆轮廓曲线仿形数控加工技术。利用该技术可实现用同一种凸轮加工多种具有不同压力分布曲线的活塞环。当凸轮或刀具磨损后可进行误差补偿加工,提高了机床的“柔性”和精度。同时利用智能决策和模糊控制技术解决抗干扰问题及增强系统的鲁棒性。     

基于大规模贝叶斯网络的安全性分析算法

贝叶斯网络计算量随着节点数增多呈指数增长,限制了大规模贝叶斯网络在安全性分析中的应用。为此,利用独立性条件分解整个网络,压缩推理时显式表达的项数,给出了计算顶事件发生概率及割集的算法,并分析了算法复杂性。在满足工程需要情况下,将提出算法与基于BDD算法相比,该算法表现出占用内存少、运行速度快的良好性能。
